The Job

Front-line Client Service Representative … answers incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner from clients placing service calls or toner orders, represents RK Black with an “I’m here to help” positive attitude

Gathers information, creates service tickets and supply orders using industry software

Follows established procedures to prioritize service requests and assign appropriate technician

Resolves common software and hardware issues for copy/print/scan devices

Invoices billable service calls, enters closed call information

Ensures service calls are handled promptly & effectively, escalating priority calls appropriately

Responds to all communication from clients, co-workers and managers in a timely manner

Enjoys providing excellent client service and helping build a positive, fun work environment

Education & Work Requirements

College Degree preferred; high school degree required

Some technical training/education a plus

Call center experience is a plus
-
Minimum two years’ client service experience using dispatch software; four years preferred
Physical Requirements

Can communicate clearly in verbal and written English

Able to stand, move freely, and sit for prolonged periods of time.

Able to use hands to operate a phone, computer, copier, filing system, etc.

Well groomed, neat, clean professional appearance
Miscellaneous

8 to 5 Monday through Friday – in office (not eligible for remote work)
