Contracts Specialist

R.K. Black, Inc., an Oklahoma City-based office technology company providing solutions to businesses throughout Oklahoma, Kansas & Missouri, is seeking a full-time Contracts Specialist to serve at our Oklahoma City headquarters location.

The Job

  • Sets up, generates invoices, and maintains service contracts with a high degree of accuracy
  • Develops & maintains a mastery of contracts software & processes
  • Works with sales representatives and service personnel to process contract renewals
  • Audits active contracts regularly to ensure timely & accurate billing
  • Manages meter collection process using industry software, ecommerce, email & phone
  • Collects & enters vendor meters, assists with meter entry & corrections
  • Provides position backup to Dispatch and the Remote Tech team
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
  • Provides excellent client service!

  • Able to quickly master multiple software systems and adapt to changes in technology
  • Has effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues & managers
  • Team player, able to work under moderate pressure created by deadlines and work volume

Education & Work Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years client service experience a plus
  • Previous experience in contract management, billing or sales support role is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Windows Operating System

Physical Requirements

  • Can communicate clearly in verbal and written English    
  • Able to stand, move freely, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Able to use hands to operate a phone, computer, copier, filing system, etc.
  • Well groomed, neat, clean professional appearance

Miscellaneous

  • 8 to 5 Monday through Friday – in office (not eligible for remote work)

Wage: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K
